CANCELLATION POLICY

At La Belgicana, we focus on personal, private small-group tours. Because we reserve dates exclusively for you, clear communication and mutual respect for our schedule are super important! 

1. Reservation Deposit ( 50%)

To block your date in the calendar and confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

2.Cancellation & Dates changes

• Up to 7 days before the tour: Cancellations are 100% fully refundable, or you can freely reschedule to another available date during your stay. If your situation requires special consideration, we're happy to discuss alternative options and work together to find the best possible solution.

• Sickness & Emergencies: If something unexpected happens (sickness, medical emergency, flight issues), we will fully refund your deposit.

A quick note from Kristel​: As a small business, when a tour is cancelled at the very last minute just because someone "doesn't feel like going,"it means a lost day of work that could have been offered to other guests on our waiting list. While I am super flexible and always understanding real emergencies, last- minute cancellations without a valid reason cannot be refunded.

3. Weather 

Tropical weather is a normal part of life in Mexico! Rain never stops the fun, so we do not cancel for normal rain or cloudy skies. We only cancel if an official hurricane warning is issued or local authorities close the sites for safety. If that happens, we will reschedule for experience or issue a 100% full refund.

4. Remaining Balance 

The remaining 50% balance can be paid:

• Up to 7 days before the experience via online payment, credit card link (+ extra 5% commision CD),or

• On the day of the experience in cash (EUR,USD or MXN).

• For EUR and USD cash payments, we use the local bank exchange rate of the day)
