You will discover 5 different cenotes this private property hides under its trees, while I guide you through tropical vegetation and give interesting facts about Maya culture, nature and the history of the underground caves (bring flip flops, sandals or any comfortable shoes you don’t mind getting wet).

What are Cenotes?

Cenotes are freshwater holes formed in the limestone underground over thousands of years.

Note: cenotes are considered sacred in Mayan culture, and today you can still see why these caves were used as a place of worship

Snorkeling and exploring the cenotes will make you feel as if you were in another dimension, and you will be amazed by the many different shades of blue of the water.

After our cenote exploration we will head back to get a taste of some real tacos in a nearby town.
